RM stands for Rune Martinsen, the Norwegian guy who has developed these great lines. These lines are not the beginners choice, RM demands a fair bit of skill from the user to get that extra something out of it. But sometimes it is just that that makes the difference.
The profile varies a bit from guidelines POWER TAPER heads. First of all, RM is longer (14,5 meters)but with the same weight as a standard and shorter PT head. This enables you to use a longer head which means longer casts.
The head has a superb balance, it flies very calm and presents the fly smoothly on the water. RM is the best overhead line in our range, no doubt. It creates nice tight loops that seem to travel forever.
